What to Expect

  • The Process

    Consigning or Selling With Us

    We’re excited to review your items! To keep the process fair and efficient for everyone, clothing drop off is limited to 1 large reusable bag or smaller tote (think TJ Maxx size bag) , per consignor, per day. We will carefully select up to 40 of the best pieces.

    • Outfit sets count as one piece, so please lay them together when you bring them in.
    • All other items (shoes, gear, accessories, etc.) are unlimited—feel free to bring those in anytime in any quantity.

    Our team carefully reviews each item to ensure it meets our store standards. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see what you bring in!

  • The Prep-work

    Prep Your Items for Selling

    Help us get you the best possible offer by preparing your items before drop-off:

    • Check for flaws or stains – items should be in excellent, ready-to-sell condition.
    • Pre-set outfits – complete sets count as one item, so please group them together.
    • Clean all baby gear and toys – freshly wiped and sanitized items are more likely to be accepted and may receive better offers.
    • Test functionality – ensure anything with buttons, batteries, or moving parts is working properly.
    • Make items shelf-ready – lay clothing flat and neatly presented for quick review.

    A little prep goes a long way in helping us process your items quickly and get them onto the sales floor!

    Prep Check List 

  • Out of Town / Large Drops

    We know your time is valuable, and we want to make your trip as smooth as possible—no extra waiting or repeat visits. If you have more than the allotted daily items, please book a drop-off appointment. This allows us to review your items on the spot and give you the best experience.

    Appointments are limited to 3 totes of clothing and unlimited non-clothing items (gear, toys, etc.).
